Kindergarten Enrollment

For 2013-2014 School Year

 *Children must be age 5 on or before July 31, 2013.

Where:  Oak Grove Primary

When:  March 4^th – 8^th, 2013

Call:  Carrie at Oak Grove Primary 690-8770.  You must have an appointment to have your child screened.  We will start taking appointments on  Friday, February 1^st, 2013.

To participate in screenings bring:

~A certified state birth certificate

~Current Immunization record

~Proof of residency (Current Water, Gas, or Electric Bill)

~Social Security Card

 *Kindergarten Information Night is scheduled for Thursday, February 28^th @ 6:30 p.m. in the Primary Gym.  This meeting is for parents and the future Kindergarten student.

 *Jackson County Health Department offers free immunizations the 3^rd Tuesday of every month from 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Oak Grove Civic Center – 2100 South Broadway.  Please bring your child’s immunization records.
